If you were employed by Wright of Florida, LLC as a Crew Lead or Flagger based in its Ocala, Florida office at any time between December 22, 2022, and the present then you may be eligible to participate in the FLSA Collective Action seeking unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA").
